There's no room for negotiation. "They're a 1 price dealer" which means they won't budge a penny. But the prices are decent. We had Tommy as our sales man. He was very personable and was able to answer all questions we had and made the process smooth and easy. The sales manager however needs an attitude adjustment. He came over and talked down about our salesman saying that he wasn't explaining their no liability policy well, which is pretty cut and dry, there was no reason for him to come over with his extremely rude demeanor to try to be even more blunt about it and then talk down on his salesman. I had a worry about something I noticed on the test drive and I requested that their mechanic look at it, he kept sending the salesman back to us to show the report on the vehicle until I said I'd walk if the tech didn't look at it. They brought the technician supervisor out who was awesome and went on a test drive with us. He even brought me back to the garage and lifted the truck up to show me what was going on. This guy was extremely professional and honest and was able to explain all the answers to all of my questions. The finance manager was great as well. He got us hooked up and ready to go very quickly and made it a pain free process. My final thought is this... The finance manager said the vehicle would be washed before we left. "what kind of dealership do you think we are? Of course we'll get it cleaned up for you". Upon leaving I saw that it had not been washed. Someone told us that they only wash new vehicles, not used upon buying them and that the finance guy didn't know what he was talking about. Overall I do not think I'll be going here again because of the little details they clearly lack and/don't care about. Who refused to wash a truck when you just paid 24k dollars for it? Beyond that the sales manager seems like someone that will try to muscle you so to speak if you're on the edge about a vehicle which to me just shows what kind of team he's trying to create here. If you can get past the details then go for it, but when you're spending that kind of money on a vehicle I'd expect much better service.

Mom was visiting from Springfield. She had been having problems with her Honda starting. She thought it was the battery in her key. She had it at other mechanics who couldn't fix it. Since she is 85 she needs her car to be dependable. Everyone there was super super nice, everyone. The service man asked me what it was doing and after answering a few of his questions he figured it out and told me how my husband could fix it. It's doing great now and cost only $10 for a battery. Thanks!

Prior to going to Honda, I was fully intending to purchase from Napleton Toyota because of my positive experience with leasing a Camry, but my experience with the dealership (both through email and in-person) made me walk away from the company as a whole. I barely got the sales manager's time or consideration, but Ben Quatrone, the executive manager at Honda of Champaign, immediately gave me his personal cellphone number and met me where I needed to be for price and more. Quincy Rice, the sales consultant, stayed well past closing twice to help me choose the perfect car I needed and answered all my questions. Lance Becker, finance manager, patiently helped me understand optimal financial planning and coverage I needed to be comfortable. I texted Ben this exact text after happily purchasing my beautiful new car and it would be my honest review/opinion of my experience at the Honda of Champaign: "Ben I am so excited about the new car I finally get to call my own! I feel so, so badly that Quincy and Lance stayed till 8:30pm to help me as I had many questions but they were so polite, so helpful, and so patient all the way through! Truly my experience at your dealership was beyond that I could’ve ever hoped for to purchase my first new vehicle. Honda of Champaign has an excellent service staff and transport team. Chris is always prompt with notifying me of the status of my repairs and giving quality recommendations to keep my car in working order. They are always willing to give me a ride to work if I’m dropping my car off for service. Great customer service!
